A Strong Legal Foundation. A Clear Path Forward for Your Family.
At Cornerstone Law Group, we understand that immigration and family law matters are among the most consequential decisions of your life. We provide expert, compassionate legal representation — wherever you are.
We concentrate on immigration law, family law, and estate planning — three areas where legal outcomes shape lives, futures, and legacies. Our practice serves families in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, with virtual access for clients worldwide.
Navigating the U.S. immigration system requires precision, persistence, and a trusted advocate who knows the process. We guide individuals and families through every step — from initial filings to final approvals.
Family legal matters demand both legal skill and genuine human understanding. We provide clear counsel and steady representation so you can move forward with confidence during life's most difficult transitions.
A thoughtful estate plan protects your family, preserves your legacy, and ensures your wishes are honored — wherever life takes you. We craft plans that account for the unique complexities of immigrant and multinational families.
We built Cornerstone Law Group as a virtual-first practice serving clients across immigration, family law, and estate planning — in four languages. Excellent legal counsel should be accessible to every family, regardless of where they are in the world.
Consultations, document review, and case updates happen on your schedule — via secure video, phone, or email. No commute. No waiting room. Full-service representation from anywhere.
We serve clients in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole — with trained intake staff available in all four languages. No interpreter needed. No detail lost in translation.
You will always know the status of your case. We provide clear, plain-English updates — no legal jargon, no unreturned calls. Honest counsel you can build decisions on.
"When families face the moments that matter most — I am the attorney they call. Not because I have a résumé. Because I have done this work. I have the experience, the track record, and the commitment to deliver results at the highest level."
Brunelle Cinous, Esq. is a seasoned, award-winning attorney whose career spans over 15 years and three continents. She is the attorney families trust when the stakes are highest — in immigration matters, family law transitions, and estate planning. Her practice serves clients across the United States and internationally — across South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa — with particular recognition for her representation of unaccompanied minors who arrived at this country's borders without parents, without advocates, and without a clear path forward. Attorney Cinous became that path.
She began her career as a teacher, then served as a social worker for abused, abandoned, and neglected children — conducting child abuse investigations and building family reunification plans. That foundation led her to law, where she became a children's attorney, a Guardian ad Litem, and a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status advocate. Her policy work alongside federal and state agencies gives her clients a distinct advantage: an attorney who knows not just the law, but the systems and agencies that administer it.
In private practice, Attorney Cinous has represented a distinguished and diverse clientele across the full spectrum of family law — divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements, domestic and intercountry adoptions, and orders of protection. She has stood beside victims of domestic violence, fighting fiercely to protect their safety, their children, and their futures. She delivers discretion, precision, and results.
Her estate planning practice was forged from firsthand experience watching families fracture after losing a loved one without a will or a plan. Attorney Cinous builds estate plans that hold — wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, guardianship designations, and special needs trusts designed to protect the most vulnerable family members long after she leaves the room.
From families seeking citizenship to high-net-worth clients with complex cross-border needs, to technology entrepreneurs and policymakers — in English, French, and Haitian Creole, with Spanish-language services available — Attorney Cinous meets every client exactly where they are.
"Every family deserves an advocate who has stood where they stand — who understands not just the law, but the weight of what is at stake. Premier legal representation begins with that conviction and is built on the promise that every client, regardless of background or circumstance, receives the full force of my experience, my expertise, and my uncompromising commitment. That is not an aspiration at Cornerstone Law Group. It is a standard."

"I have watched children arrive at this country's borders — alone, separated from everyone they loved. I have watched those same children complete their education, build careers, and start families of their own. I helped them find pathways to citizenship and legal status that most families never know exist. The laws and courts of this land made it possible. I am here to bridge the gap between what the law provides and what families actually receive."
